This song, for solo guitar, is by classical guitarist/composer Ryuji Kunimatsu . It's part of a suite of 20 elegant waltzes
Some alterations were made to better fit the sensibilities of a tapping instrument. Notably, some of the melody trailing quarter notes in each bar were lowered an octave to give it a more angular feel, without changing it harmonically.
In this version, the bass voicing of the guitar is broken out into a separate stave for the bass side of a tapping instrument. The bass part is a simple one note per bar sequence throughout. This, along with the fairly straightforward melody and rhythm, makes it a good piece for a beginner that stills sounds quite nice.
